Awareness Journaling Workshop A guided self-reflection experience designed to help participants explore their thoughts and emotions, recognize recurring thinking patterns, and develop greater self-awareness through structured journaling prompts and reflective exercises. This workshop can be offered online or in person. Our experiences are suitable for beginners, with no previous journaling or artistic experience required.
