Design Dream | Creative Journaling & Personal Development Design Dream offers thoughtfully designed journaling experiences that combine creativity, self-reflection, and personal development, helping participants reconnect with themselves and explore new ways to express their thoughts and ideas. Our workshops include: 1. Bullet & Art Journaling Workshop A hands-on creative experience combining journaling, personal planning, collage, and artistic expression. Participants explore creative techniques to organize their thoughts, express their individuality, and create personalized journal pages. This workshop is best experienced in person. 2. Awareness Journaling Workshop A guided self-reflection experience designed to help participants explore their thoughts and emotions, recognize recurring thinking patterns, and develop greater self-awareness through structured journaling prompts and reflective exercises. This workshop can be offered online or in person. Our experiences are suitable for beginners, with no previous journaling or artistic experience required. At Design Dream, we believe journaling is more than writing on a page. It is a creative practice that encourages reflection, intentional living, and personal growth.

Resolve Academy is a private youth football development academy in El Tagamoa, New Cairo, for players aged 7-14. Training is built around the Responsible Player Pathway, which gives every player an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and the coaching attention to follow it. Sessions are made in small groups, with 2 to 5 players, so each child gets real feedback instead of getting lost in a big group. Video recording: We film sessions and review the footage with the player, so they can see their own habits, positioning and decisions rather than just being told about them. Evaluations: Each player gets a structured monthly evaluation against their IDP, plus a quarterly progress report. Parents can see clear progress and what to work on next. Home training: Players get individual drills to practice between sessions, so progress carries beyond the pitch and doesn’t stall between sessions. Training Schedule: Group 1: Sunday: 5:00-6:00pm Tuesday: 5:00-6:00pm Thursday: 5:00-6:00pm Group 2: Sunday: 7:00-8:00pm Tuesday: 6:00-7:00pm Thursday: 7:00-8:00pm
